Meghan Marshall
CAC'S PROFILE INTRODUCTION...

Some would call some of Meghan Marshall’s ideas “old school” – like personal contact instead of social media or not rushing to be an adult – enjoy being young. The Wesley College volleyball program calls her a school record holder in digs (477 in 2013) and one of the top players on a team... INTRODUCING … Wolverine junior libero/defensive specialist Meghan Marshall.

MEGHAN MARSHALL...

I first began playing volleyball in 2003 when I was in the fourth grade....

I am a business marketing major, and the most important thing I have learned so far is how to get the job done right in the most efficient way, no matter what that job may be.”

My favorite place to visit is most definitely Daytona Beach, Fla., because my family lives there and I only get to see them once a year during Thanksgiving.”

I am a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee... Being a student athlete is a hectic, full-time job, and the SAAC program has allowed me to not only be a voice for the volleyball program but a representative of all student-athletes to make our careers in college as enjoyable as they should be!”

I believe that the most important societal issue facing college students these days is worrying about what others think... I believe that in college you should only be concerned about doing what you love as an individual, you would be surprised how many people you will meet along the way!

If I could change any one item in the world it would be the use of technology... I wish there was a way that we could force society to put our cell phones and computers down and enjoy each other’s company more!

My favorite form of entertainment is my teammates! No matter where we go we are always laughing and having a good time. They truly are some of the best girls I know.
